Location: This hotel is located on the sea front and just a few metres from the Nature Reserve of Dunas de Maspalomas. Situated in a wonderful setting it invites its visitors to enjoy an atmosphere of peaceful activity in which you can practice all types of sports and look after body and mind in the fantastic Spa Corallium Costa Meloneras, a real gift for the senses in an impressive centre inspired by the volcanic nature of the island. With the structure of a palace and designed in a colonial style, the hotel boasts a wonderful tropical garden of 76,000 square meters.

Facilities: The hotel is comprised of 8 floors perfectly communicated by means of 12 lifts and has a total of 1,136 spacious recently furnished rooms. These include 961 standard double rooms (6 of them especially adapted for people with disabilities), 60 superior doubles, 56 junior suites, 53 senior suites, 4 superior suites and 2 royal suites.

Rooms: The tastefully decorated rooms of about 35 m2 come with a marble bath with bathtub, an independent shower, a hairdryer, a bathrobe, large towels to use in the pools (changed at an extra charge), air conditioning, satellite television, a table desk, 2 wardrobes, marble floors, direct line telephone, a safe to rent, mini-bar (at an extra charge and subject to petition) and large furnished balconies. Alternatively you can book the room also with garden view. Single rooms are double rooms for single use. The Junior suite (2-4 persons) has the same equipment as the double rooms, however additionally a separate bedroom. The Senior suite (2-4 persons) has the same equipment as the Junior suite but is larger and have sea view. Foir both suites thge max. allocation is 2 adults + 2 children.

Sports/Entertainment: The hotel is offering 2 heated swimming pools with different sizes and temperatures, a heated pool with a central island where the children pool is allocated. The Laguna swimming pool with 5 metres waterfall, solarium terrace with jacuzzis, 76.000 m2 of garden area with 700 palm trees, 4 tenis courts, 2 paddle courts, shuffleboard and french bowls. The hotel also has a entertaintment program for adults and children with activities during the daytime and in the evening too, with sports, competitions, contests and many other activities with the participation of guests. For sports enthusiasts, there is tennis, billiards and a gym (additional fees apply for certain activities). There is an entertainment program to provide some variation and golf enthusiasts will receive reductions on the green fees on Maspalomas golf course that lies just 2 km away and to which there is a shuttle bus service. In the Spa Corallium Costa Meloneras Resort the world seems to stand still for a moment. This centre, inspired by the volcanic condition of Gran Canaria, offers modern and comprehensive facilities over a surface of 3,700 square metres, exclusively designed for relaxation and well-being. This magnificent spa offers hydrotherapy with the most advanced technology, complete spa treatments, a beauty centre with 14 rooms and more than 80 different treatments, as well as an outdoor area with 4 different swimming pools and a gymnasium (Technogym system).

Meals: The hotel offers you half board accommodation with breakfast and dinner served in the hotels two buffet restaurants, the Alameda restaurant and the Atlantico Restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner provide a huge variety of tasty hot and cold dishes, characteristic from the regional, national and international cuisine. The breakfast also provides different types of products for those on diets.  The magnificent gastronomical offering in the hotel also includes various different restaurants, in which you can enjoy delicious dishes from a menu, and a cafe bar as well. In the garden and pool area you can find the Vista Mar restaurant and the Via Veneto restaurant, both open during snack time. The Via Veneto Restaurant also provides evening meals some of which are a specialty. Another of the hotel’s restaurant, The Ambassador, well known for its utmost example of the Canaries Islands creative cuisine, is where you will be able taste the most exquisite dishes in a select and intimate environment. All clients who have half board accommodation and in double rooms, junior or senior suites and decide to dine in the Via Veneto restaurant will be given a discount at the end of their meal. The use of long trousers for gentlemen during the meal is obligatory. On the other hand, if you prefer something less formal, the Café Bar Tertulia, provides you during the day a wide variety of sandwiches, snacks, cakes and deserts, apart from a cyber cafe where you can connect to the internet (at an extra charge).
The hotel has a large quantity of bars with different types of environments, especially designed to satisfy your nighttime and daytime leisure needs. In the hotel´s reception, the Central Bar, that at night transform into a piano bar, makes a perfect meeting point. The Bolero Ballroom and its cocktail bar will enliven your evenings with music and dance (open according to the season). To complete the offering of nighttime leisure, the hotel counts on The Brasserie Brewery, where entertainment and shows are celebrated.
