The complex lies within 300m of the nearest sandy beach and it is just a short 5-minute walk to the centre of Costa Caleta. The island's capital of Puerto de Rosario is about 10km from the hotel and Fuerteventura's international airport is 5km away. Thanks to its good location, this hotel is not only ideal for a beach holiday, but also provides a good base from which to explore the capital. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.

Facilities: This complex was designed to resemble a small village with streets and gardens. The complex has a total of 252 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with a safe, a lift, a newspaper kiosk and a currency exchange desk as well as a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant with non-smoking area. In addition, guests are offered a public internet terminal, a laundry service and medical assistance.

Rooms: The welcoming apartments include an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, TV (with an additional charge), a kitchenette, internet access, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
