Location: This magnificent hotel is located in Puerto de Carmen and has direct access to the long Marine promenade and the beach of Matagorda, which is only 20 meters of the Hotel. The hotel is located in the most centric zone of the island which allows you to enjoy fast accessibility to the tourist-, leisure- and shopping-centers.

Facilities: This hotel has 4 plants and a total of 372 modern and extensive double rooms and 32 suites. The building has an entrance hall with elevator, cafeteria and an open reception 24 hours of the day, that offers a safe and currency exchange. To your disposition there is also a kiosk, stores, a hairdresser salon, a discoteque, a gamblingroom, a bar, a televisionroom and an air conditionned à la restaurant with a nonsmokers aerea. In the outdoor area you can enjoy ample landscaped zones and magnificiant facilities, like the two salt water swimming pools, one of them conditionned, the infantile pool, also conditionned and the solarium, in addition to a minigolf and a tennis court. Inside the hotel and surrounded by cascades and gardens, it offers other services like sauna, massage, hairdressing salon, gymnasium, a commercial gallery and a  news stand. For company meetings, the hotel offers 3 practical conference rooms, with different capacities in the calmest zone of the Hotel.
Rooms: The rooms, decorated with good taste, have bath with shower and hair dryer, direct telephone, TV via satellite or by cable, connection to the Internet, minibar, air conditioning, rental safe and balcony or terrace.

Sports/Entertainment: You have to your disposal 3 swimming pools, one of them conditioned and one infantile swimming pool, also conditioned, as well as an aperitif bar, a sun terrace, equipped with sun beds and parasols, Jacuzzi and a sauna. Those who want to do something of sport have the possibility of playing tennis, ping-pong and billiards, aerobic or to use the gymnasium (some activities with cost). The animation team offers you an extensive program during the day with activities and sports competitions as well as in the evening. Every night in the Mindanao Bar-Lounge, you can enjoy music, dancing and great professional shows. And for the little ones, there is a full calendar of free activities with a children's park, mini-club and a mini-disco every evening. And for those who prefer relaxing, the hotel provides a Spa & Wellness Center. You will enjoy your best relaxing moments in the hydrothermal pool with jets in different heights, necks of swan, bed and seats of micro-bubbles, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath and contrast showers. The Center has got cabins in which Facial and Body Treatments are offered, as well as therapeutics and esthetical massages.

Meals: The hotel offers half pension or All Inclusive; in each case you can arrange yourselve both breakfast and dinner at the buffet. All Inclusive is full board in form of a bufet with show cooking, coffee and cake from the 12,00 to 16,00, the local spirits and smooth drink from the 10,00 to 23,00, at noon there are offered snacks at the pool bar.
